Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

  • Bring new clients
  • Interact with clients and provide solutions
  • Review all client’s requirements & communication documents
  • Provide training to clients on project deliverables when needed
  • Respond to client’s questions and concerns in a timely manner
  • Provide business solutions and recommendations to clients to meet project goals
  • Communicate with clients to clearly understand project requirements and scope
  • Maintain high level of professionalism and competence in client communications.

Requirements

Credit Analyst

Responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic and diligent Credit Analyst for our Dubai office. The ideal candidate should possess intelligence, a strong work ethic, and expertise in credit analysis.

  • Prepare comprehensive credit assessments for various lending proposals, including Working Capital and project finance.
  • Monitor and maintain control over portfolios by analyzing portfolio composition, recognizing risks, formulating account strategies, and identifying early warning signals to ensure optimal credit quality.
  • Collaborate with business units to offer guidance on client and market assessments, recommending corrective actions and endorsing credit applications.
  • Provide valuable input to line management on financial spreading and bank statement analysis, contributing to the enhancement and customization of applications/tools.
  • Maintain accurate records and information for timely extraction as needed.
  • Adhere strictly to organizational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions, ensuring work is consistently carried out to the required standard.
  • Demonstrate exceptional service levels in all internal and external customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Outgoing and energetic personality, Good listener, Multitasking, Problem-solving and good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Proven experience in credit analysis, with a preference for candidates with a background in Corporate/Commercial/SME Banking.
  • Strong financial analysis skills.
